Summary FRESH FABRIK (2022-2024) is a transnational collaboration project implemented by three cultural organsiations from Malta, Estonia and Hungary. The overall goal of the project is to react to the new skills needs we face in the Cultural and Creative Sectors. As a partnership between three organisations, each partner is bringing „a skill” to the table, be it advocacy, entrepreneurial or fundraising skills. We aim to raise awareness on the growing skill gaps and foster better responsiveness to the structural problems of the cultural sector.
Activities & outputs The FRESH FABRIK partnership carries out different activities to bring change in the cultural sector. We organise three workshops and three multiplier events, as well as co-create the FRESH FABRIK online publication. These activities provide participants with opportunities to work on real project ideas, fundraising strategies, and problem solutions, as well as connect with like-minded peers and improve their knowledge in their professional field.
